Hot and sticky

Busy day today but managed to squeeze in a spin on the indoor trainer, albeit I was outside whilst spinning. It was bloody hot and humid. Sweated bucket loads. Was hoping to get out for a tempo run today but will have to do with a fast STaR tomorrow.
Seems the Bay was the place to be today for the CR 5km challenge, awesome turnout, next time for sure. Went to engagement party, ate and drank heaps, tomorrows STaR should be interesting ;-)
