College Run
This is the route we take from work at Lane Cove through Riverview College and back.
An easy 8km in 4:47/km. Feeling good this morning thanks to a taper. Itching to get down to the Snowies for Sundays Bogong to Hotham run. Should have a full car tomorrow with Uncle Dave, Jan Herrmann and Paul Every making the trip. Turns out we could be in for a record field of runners doing the full option, up to 30 runners. Weather forecast is good too. Lets see....

Spud, all the best for the weekend run, the trip down in the car should almost be worth a separate run report! I'm really interested in B2H so expect a grilling when I see you next.
