Easy Wednesday

Got out to through Lane Cove National Park again today for an easy 15km.
It was cool but humid (89%). Ran at an easy pace ended up with 5:20/km.
Ran up through Scribbly Gum and bumped into MPHaz along the way.
Crossed Epping Rd and back through East Ryde and Blackman Park along Lane Cove River before returning to work. Not much else to report, an enjoyable easy run. Feeling good for the weekend. Looking forward to some Alpine air.
