Riverstone 8km

Nice to have a lie in this morning. The past two days were spent at a training course at work and I was mentally exhausted. Did an 8km loop from home up to Vineyard return. Mostly flat with some small undulations. Stats were 8.2km in 4:40/km pace.
Looking forward to the CR5km challenge at the bay and Easter egg hunt with the kids.
