College Tempo-10.2km

Felt very ordinary this morning. Still stuffed up with a head cold.
Did my usual college run to Riverview and Longueville, 3km warm up and then 5km @ 10km pace followed by a 2km warm down. Average pace was 4:28/km.
Of course I felt a whole lot better for having ran, just see how I go for the rest of the day now ;-)
