Crisp College Run

6:45am- Cool crisp morning, perfect running weather. Headed out for the usual college run with Tony from work. Ambled along up to Riverview college in 4:50s and then turned on the pace to hit the next few in 4:15s. Stopped at the college for a drink and then ran easy back to the office.
This is the best I've felt in 2 weeks, the drop in mileage last week paying off.
10km-average 4:45km pace.
