River Run

6:25am- Nice early morning run along Lane Cove river to LCNP, exit at Scribbly Gums and then back to Blackman Park on the opposite side of the river. Wonderful singletrack running, took it easier today and just ambled along enjoying running by myself, taking in the scenery etc.
