GNW Bush Run

12pm-Hot afternoon 27C, ran to Fullers Bridge along singletrack next to river, crossed Fullers Bridge and took road to trail head and more singletrack heading back along Great North Walk and Lane Cove River to Epping Rd, returning to work via Blackman Park. Needed to stop a couple of times for water.
Good run, nice to get onto the trails in the hot weather.
