More trails
While a few hundred runners trod the concrete path of the new cites marathon, I opted for a lie in and then more dirt instead. 4hrs of trails = happy Spud! :-)
Still got some conjestion from this damn cold but it's slowly getting better. Beautiful morning out there.

Hmmmm, 4 hours of trails while my Team GBH boys were amongst the throngs plodding the pavement.
Is there much concrete at the GH 100 miler? No? Didn't think so. I'm starting to get worried now.
