Riverview and Longueville

College run today, with a loop down the Longueville peninsula. I wanted to run "comfortably easy" with speedwork switched to tomorrow. It was cold out there, I struggled to get warm in a cotton t-shirt. Ran more fluidly as the kms ticked by, keeping average pace around 4:50/km.
