GNW and LCNP

6:15am- Ran with the boys from work. A good pace was set with some nice running through Lane Cove Park and along the boardwalks of the GNW. Felt superb this morning, one of my better runs of late, strong on hills and rolling along the flat, all good timing for 12FT next week.
