Friday Fun

Had intended on getting up this morning for an early pre-work run in the park but stayed in bed instead.
We had a work BBQ at Blenheim Park (East Ryde) organised for lunchtime so I combined a run with the outing. Ran through to LCNP, almost as far as the gates, (ran the 2kms from Striders markers 3-4-3 hard) turned around and exited at Scribbblys before joining the BBQ on the other side of Epping Rd. A beer and vegie burger later, on a beautiful June 1 winters day and then the run back to work.
Couldn't think of a better way to spend a Friday afternoon. :)
