Bobbin Head Ride

Clammy again this morning, but a ride in this weather is a lot easier than a run. Rode with 3 guys from work. Lane Cove to Bobbin Head return. Twas a little hairy getting there with traffic but once at Bobbin Head road it eased off. Did the return loop down to Bobbin Head with a nice climb back up to the gates. Legs were fine and I felt strong the whole way. It's nice to mix it up a little and the change from the M2 was welcome. We rode down Kissing Point road and returned to work via Browns Waterhole and the end of the M2. 47km all up and some nice hills in there too.
Will try and incorporate this ride in a bit more often. Certainly beats the M2 for scenery ;-)

Looks like I blew a head gasket on the car this morning, so my planned 30km long run at Quarry track on Sunday looks dodgy now. Might have to go local.
