Quarry Track Long Run

Nice to see a few CRs out there this morning. Not as warm as predicted but still humid all the same, I was glad to get away just before 6am. Ran the Quarry Rd to Stewart Ave return loop in 1:10. Then ran 2 laps down to bridge and back for a total of 31.07km in 2:53.For the record I got 6.46km gate to gate so Mister G's measurement of 12.9km holds up for mine. Took splits at the bridge and each gate return, turns out I managed very even spilts, happy with that.Sparkie was flying with Colin not far behind as I finished my second lap. Saw Fergus and Andrew out there too.This will become a regular long run.

Saturday: No training took kids to gymnastics end of year presentations. Glad for the rest.
