Easy Monday

Still playing host to my brother so no running today. I did get to spend the day at the northern beaches however, had a swim at Palm Beach and watched Home and Away been filmed.
A cruisy day in the sun.
Forgot to post time for yesterdays STaR- 2:48:37 so 5:33 pace which was pleasing.

Still on annual leave, will try and fit in a speed session tomorrow.
