M2 Ride 45.5km

Took the bike out this morning, recovery ride after yesterdays long run. Nice morning for a change, still humid but no rain. Lane Cove to Old Windsor Rd return. Legs felt tired but better for the ride. No flats-bonus, I seem to be getting them heaps on the M2. The traffic going into the city was bumper to bumper from Pennant Hills Rd, schools back!
Top speed was 65km/hr and average 32km/hr.
