Tuesday Arvo-10km

12pm-"College Run"-Lane Cove to Longueville-Riverview-St Ignatius College- Lane Cove return to office. Perfect running weather again, clear blue skies and temps in the low 20s. Planned on knocking off an easy 10km in just under 5min/km pace. That's pretty much how the first 3-4km panned out (4:45/km) but then felt strong so just went with it for the last 6km. Finished in 45:02 so 4:30/km.
