Easy-20km

Ran my usual Great North Walk-Hunters Hill-Lane Cove NP return to work. Ran with 3 mates from work and an ex work colleague, so a good group run, certainly a lot more social than most of my runs through the week. Cool this morning, so I donned the spray jacket and gloves again.
Wasn't feeling too crash hot for the first 5km, but picked up as the kms clicked by. Not many people about in the park today either, although one of our guys nearly got collected by a ranger at the turn up Scribbly. Oh.. and when we reached Chatswood golf course on the way back he also nearly got clobbered with a golf ball! It was all happening...
