Easy Friday-14km
Ran at lunchtime today, was nice to have a lie in this morning. Did my usual college run but added some extra distance with laps of Kingsford-Smith oval at Longueville. Good hitout, was glad to get out of the office after endless meetings. Head cold is still there but easing up (I think)
Beautiful running weather these days.
Stats were-14.06km 1:05:50 (4:40/km)
Considering running with Action's 45min pace group at tomorrows SS10km. Will see how I feel in the morning..

Come on mate. Go with MPHaz at the 40min and push yourself. You and the G man sub 40. You can do it.
