Invigorating!-14km

Edit-12:30pm- Had to get out of the office, too nice a day, did a brisk 2km bush walk along the boardwalks at Lane Cove river, returning via Blackman Park.

6:30am- 14km (4:40/km) Did my usual "college" run with some added distance (laps at Longueville Oval) to make up 14km for the morning. Twas one of those runs when you just don't wanna stop, everything just rolled along so well, pushed the pace, relaxed and found a great rhythm.
