Bush recovery

12pm-Lane Cove-Riverview-Tennyson Park-Lovetts Reserve-Blackman Park.

Took to the trails for some easy running. Pulled up quite well from this morning, however I have a nagging lower back pain from car accident yesterday and some mild neck stiffness I am hoping will bugger off the next few days.
