GNW/Longueville Loop-20km
6am- Early start again today. Ran from work through Lane Cove and down the peninsula at Longueville. Felt fairly clunky again until I warmed up and then settled into a nice pace. Headed across Fig Tree bridge and into Hunters Hill picking up the GNW trail back along the river to the pipe bridge at East Ryde. Picked the pace up for the final 3kms into Blackman Park, a quick lap and back to work.
All up a pleasing run, definitely felt better towards the end.
I am nursing a niggling inflamed peroneal tendon(next the bone on the outside of the ankle) which flares up and nags me every now and again. Where's the ice...

Great to hear that you are back into the training Spud.
Look after that ankle - not long now to GNW !
Arse tears, dehydration and a crook ankle all in the space of a week - sounds like perfect preparation for GNW ;-)
